Casto & Harris, Inc. was founded in 1933 in Spencer, West Virginia. Our principal customers include county and local jurisdictions throughout the United States. Products include record books and forms, microfilm and digital record storage solutions and election supplies, ballots and equipment. Our products are found throughout North America and the world including Scotland, Bermuda and somewhere in the world aboard the USS West Virginia Nuclear Submarine. We pride ourselves on innovative and quality products delivered with the highest level of service.

At Casto & Harris, we are proud of our history and ability to provide the products required to conduct smooth and efficient elections. We began printing and producing ballots many years ago and have supported the lever and punch card systems. Today, whether it’s a traditional paper, optical scan, or touch screen ballot, we are here to get the job done accurately and on time. We supply most election supplies including ballot boxes, voting booths, signs, forms and seals.

We continuously demonstrate our willingness to “build to spec” as we work side by side with our customers in the development of custom products like record books, binders, forms, office upgrades and equipment storage solutions.
